Dr. Shahana Alibhai is a TEDx speaker, family physician, and the medical director of British Columbia’s largest youth health center. She is also the bestselling author of Feel Better, a book endorsed by none other than Mel Robbins. Her expertise and insights into mental health, especially for youth and families, make her an extraordinary voice in this space.
