The men`s health pitstop, to wellbeing & performance
Tuesday Nov 26, 2024
Tuesday Nov 26, 2024
Emmett Kilduff is a former Wall Street investment banker (Morgan Stanley) and a serial entrepreneur. A personal health scare in 2022 was the catalyst for him wanting to focus on getting more out of life. And to focus on personal growth. That led to the creation of Pitstop. The app has helped him develop his own personal growth and he wants millions of other men to benefit from it.
Emmett believes that society is failing men and women. It is putting increasing pressure on us to lead perfect lives. The reality is that life is getting tougher across all parts of our lives. In fact, 74% of people believe institutions, including employers, are not doing enough to facilitate societal wellbeing. There are lots of femtech solutions available. However, there are few if any 'maletech' solutions. Pitstop is a maletech solution whose aim is to improve society by fueling the personal growth of men. Please note that this is a zero sum game.
we explore-
Challenges in society for men`s health
Wellbeing as a former Wall Street Banker
The wheel of life. 6 parts: health, mindset, leisure, relationships, career, finance.
A growth mindset
Why men need a pit stop, and some practical solutions
